「エスキス（Esquisse）」（以下、本アプリ）は、合同会社テト（TETO Corp.、以下「当社」）が提供する iPad 向けの建築スケッチアプリです。建築方眼にトレーシングペーパーを重ね、鉛筆やマーカーで設計の案を練るための道具です。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。

1. 結論

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報やスケッチの内容を一切収集・送信・追跡しません。

  • 本アプリはインターネット通信を行いません。機内モードでも全機能が動作します。
  • 解析・トラッキング・広告 SDK は一切組み込んでいません。
  • クラッシュレポートを自動送信する仕組みも入れていません。
  • 描いたスケッチ・撮影した下絵は、ユーザーの iPad の中だけで処理されます。

2. App Store の「App のプライバシー」表示について

App Store Connect の「App のプライバシー」設定では、以下のとおり申告しています。

3. 本アプリが iPad 内に保存するデータ

本アプリは、ユーザーの作業を継続するために、以下のデータを ユーザー自身の iPad 内 に保存します。これらは外部に送信されません。

  • スケッチブック（描いた線・トレーシングペーパーの構成・用紙設定）
  • 下絵として取り込んだ写真・図面画像（カメラ撮影またはフォトライブラリから選択したもの）
  • 用紙・ペン・表示に関する設定

これらのデータは、本アプリを削除することで iPad から削除できます。

4. iPadOS の許可ダイアログについて

本アプリは、以下の用途のためにユーザーに許可を求めることがあります。

許可用途
カメラ「下絵」機能で図面や紙のスケッチを撮影し、なぞるための下地として敷くときのみ使用します。撮影した画像は端末内に保存されるだけで、外部へは送信されません。

写真の選択には iPadOS 標準のフォトピッカーを使用しており、選んだ写真だけが本アプリに渡されます（フォトライブラリ全体へのアクセス許可は不要です）。いずれもユーザーが任意の操作を行ったタイミングでのみ要求され、バックグラウンドで権限を取得することはありません。

5. 共有機能について

スケッチを PDF・画像・エスキス形式で共有・印刷できますが、これはユーザーが共有操作を行ったときに iPadOS の共有シートを通じて行われるものです。送信先はユーザー自身が選択し、当社がその内容を受け取ることはありません。

6. 子どもの情報について

本アプリは、子どもから情報を収集することを意図していません。前述のとおり、年齢を問わず一切の情報を収集しません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページおよび App Store の更新情報にて告知します。

Esquisse Privacy Policy

"Esquisse" (the "App") is an architectural sketching app for iPad provided by TETO Corp. ("we", "us"). It is a tool for studying design ideas with pencils and markers on plan grids and tracing paper. This policy describes how information is handled in the App.

1. Summary

The App does not collect, transmit, or track any personal information or the contents of your sketches.

  • The App performs no internet communication. All features work in airplane mode.
  • No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included.
  • No automatic crash reporting is built in.
  • Your sketches and reference photos are processed only on your iPad.

3. Data stored on your iPad

To preserve your work, the App stores the following data only on your own iPad. None of it is transmitted externally.

  • Sketchbooks (strokes, tracing-paper layers, paper settings)
  • Photos and drawing images imported as underlays (taken with the camera or chosen from your photo library)
  • Preferences for paper, pens, and display

Deleting the App removes this data from your iPad.

4. iPadOS permission prompts

Photo selection uses the standard iPadOS photo picker, which passes only the photos you choose to the App (no full photo-library access is requested). Permissions are requested only when you take the corresponding action — never in the background.

5. Sharing

You can share or print sketches as PDF, image, or Esquisse files. Sharing happens through the standard iPadOS share sheet only when you initiate it; you choose the destination, and we never receive the content.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not intended to collect information from children. As stated above, it collects no information from anyone, regardless of age.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page and in the App Store release notes.
