「Sumipa（スミパ）」（以下、本アプリ）は、合同会社テト（TETO Corp.、以下「当社」）が提供する macOS 向けの PDF ワークスペース／注釈アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。

1. 結論

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報や PDF の内容を一切収集しません。

  • 本アプリはインターネット通信を行いません。スキャン機能を使うときのみ、同一ネットワーク（LAN）内のスキャナ／複合機と通信します。読み取った画像は端末内に取り込むだけで、外部へは送信しません。
  • 解析・トラッキング・広告 SDK は一切組み込んでいません。
  • ユーザーが開いた PDF は、ユーザーの Mac の中だけで処理されます。
  • クラッシュレポートを自動送信する仕組みも入れていません。

2. App Store の「App のプライバシー」表示について

App Store Connect の「App のプライバシー」設定では、以下のとおり申告しています。

3. 本アプリが Mac 内に保存するデータ

本アプリは、ユーザーの作業を継続するために、以下のデータを ユーザー自身の Mac 内 に保存します。これらは外部に送信されません。

  • 作業台に追加した PDF（コピー）・メモ（PDF）
  • 作業台のレイアウト・フォルダ構成（workspace.json）
  • やることリストの項目（期日を含む）
  • 作成したユーザースタンプ・スタイルプリセット

保存場所:

~/Library/Containers/com.sumipa.app/Data/Documents/Sumipa/

（やることリストは上記内の .sumipa/todos.json および macOS の UserDefaults にも保存します。いずれも端末内のみ。）

これらのデータは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで Mac から削除できます（macOS の通常のアプリ削除手順に従ってください）。

4. macOS の許可ダイアログについて

本アプリは、以下の用途のためにユーザーに許可を求めることがあります。

「メールで送信」機能を使ったときの Mail / Outlook の制御PDF をメール添付として新規メッセージに渡すため
Finder でファイルを開く／保存する場所の選択ユーザーが指定したフォルダにのみ読み書きします
リマインダーへのアクセス「やることリスト」の同期を ON にしたときのみ。"Sumipa" リストとアプリ内のやることリストを双方向同期するため。同期内容（項目名・完了状態・期日）は端末内にとどまり、外部送信はしません

これらはすべてユーザーが任意の操作を行ったタイミングでのみ要求されます（リマインダーは同期を ON にしたときのみ、既定は OFF）。バックグラウンドで権限を取得することはありません。

5. 子どもの情報について

本アプリは、子どもから情報を収集することを意図していません。前述のとおり、年齢を問わず一切の情報を収集しません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページおよび App Store の更新情報にて告知します。

Sumipa Privacy Policy

“Sumipa” (the “App”) is a macOS PDF workspace and annotation app provided by TETO Corp. (the “Company”). This policy describes how the App handles information.

1. Summary

The App does not collect any personal information or the contents of your PDFs.

  • The App makes no internet connections. Only when you use the Scan feature does it communicate with scanners/multifunction devices on your local network (LAN). Scanned images are imported onto your device only and are never transmitted off-device.
  • No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included.
  • PDFs you open are processed entirely on your Mac.
  • There is no automatic crash-report submission.

3. Data stored on your Mac

To preserve your work, the App stores the following data on your own Mac. None of it is transmitted externally.

  • PDFs added to the workspace (copies) and notes (as PDFs)
  • Workspace layout and folder structure (workspace.json)
  • To-do list items (including due dates)
  • Custom stamps and style presets you create

Location:

~/Library/Containers/com.sumipa.app/Data/Documents/Sumipa/

(The to-do list is also stored in .sumipa/todos.json within the above and in macOS UserDefaults — all on-device only.)

You can remove this data from your Mac by uninstalling the App using the standard macOS procedure.

4. macOS permission prompts

The App may ask for your permission for the following purposes:

All of these are requested only when you take a specific action (Reminders only when sync is turned ON; it is OFF by default). The App never acquires permissions in the background.

5. Children’s information

The App is not intended to collect information from children. As stated above, it collects no information from anyone, regardless of age.

If this policy changes, we will announce it on this page and in the App Store release notes.
